PATTERN FORMATION AND TRADE FAIL

If I would trade this pattern again, I would. Beacuse, though the pattern is not ideal, there is nothing wrong with it as far as I can see. Even the major currency USD was rising across pairs. There was clearly a divergence, which of course became clear after the trade started. I think, it may be because the trade was entered on a Monday, after the pattern formation on Friday. Moreover, the pair was oscillating till Christmas, another long Holiday. So maybe the trades swung back after the long breaks.
